Jeanfield Swifts Community FC has taken a major step in its bid to redevelop the facility at Riverside Stadium with the submission of a Proposal of Application Notice to Perth & Kinross Council and the launch of a consultation process on its planned major development.
The Proposal of Application Notice (25/00006/PAN) can be viewed on the Perth & Kinross planning portal, but during this pre-application phase all comments should be sent to the applicant, Jeanfield Swifts Community FC.
The community consultation, which forms part of the pre-application process, starts on 1 April with a Public Meeting to be held at Riverside Stadium. This will be followed by a second Public Meeting on 15 April at the same location. Notice of these meetings was served in accordance with the statutory requirements in the Perthshire Advertiser on 21 March 2025.
